As an amp repairman/builder, I had thought I'd seen about every brand of amplifier in America, til last saturday when I found an Earth Sound Research amp at a swap meet. The guy sold it AND a 100-watt Laney for $5 (neither worked), so I figured it was a fairly good deal, no matter what.
Maybe someone here can tell me something about the amp I got; it has no model number on it anywhere. It's a 100-watt hybrid head with reverb. It had a couple of burned out resistors when I bought it, so a quick swap and a pot cleaning job and I have a fully functional amp. It's got plenty of power and sounds great for what it is, but I'd really like to know a little more about it.
Anyone?... Anyone?...
(by the way, I got the Laney working too... a good shopping day, in my opinion)

have no idea how to post pictures... I can say that the circuit is exactly the same as a 70s Peavey Classic 100, except this one is a head, and the Peavey was a 2x12 combo.
