UPDATE: 52 Revival 2x12 combo

Well, had the amp gone through by my good friend, and a lot was wrong with it. Whomever worked on it before must've not had a schematic, because there were a lot of parts that were wrong. Since, my friend went through it, replaced necessary parts, then he got a lil crazy and modded it a bit, and the thing sounds like no amp I ever heard. Like a cross between and supro and a marshall. My 75 Fender is now a backup amp.....50 watts of the coolest tone.

We tested the output, and it runs a 4 ohm load. Also, the other output is a line out. I haven't used it yet, but we're pretty sure that's what it is. We may convert it to a reverb footswitch input. Also plan to have a tube pre-amp installed in it, and use the ground switch to switch between the solid state pre, the tube pre, or run both simultaneously. The amp sounds awfully good now, but could use a bit more low end, and we're hoping adding a tube pre to it will do that.

i just acquired the same amp!!! but mine was just the guts and no box so i just turned it into a head. i'll post pics soon so you can see. i would like to know what impedances the two speaker jacks on the back are. do you happen to know? and also do you know what the jack next to the reverb inputs does? is it a footswitch input of some sort? any info you can give me on this would be awesome :)

Speaker Impedence...

We all want to know what these run at...
Such a great sounding amp that I would hate to burn the thansformer out by just running at the wrong load.

SOMEONE PLEASE SHED SOME LIGHT ON THIS!!!!!
